*As a side note, the next time I make these cupcakes, I will make 18 - as you can tell from the pictures, they turned out rather large.

Barefoot Contessa, I heart you!
Sunday night I decided my weekend would not be complete without cupcakes. Red velvet cupcakes are hands down the best baked good in the world. I love red velvet so much that the top tier of our wedding cake is exactly that. Here are a couple fun pictures of my delicious dessert!
